Priority to decade and league with most PA or IP. Decade is from 0-9, i.e. 60-69 Any park, Standard Era Classic, $250M cap. Claim any drafted players you had rights to within 24 hours after draft completed. Must show evidence attempt to draft. No priority rights after draft. Negro Leaguers except Satchel Paige first rights to their major league club. After draft, all that is needed is a single PA or IP to qualify. You can ATTEMPT to draft someone you do not have priority rights to, but you have have to relinquish him to a valid claim. I am playing my childhood favorite 60s National Leaguers.
